Paver Seal is a water-based sealer and sand stabilizer used to seal, bond and protect both interior and exterior surfaces. It produces a clear, low-gloss natural finish with just one coat, and prevents growth of weeds and grass in between paver joints. Available in 1 Gallon & 5 Galllons

COVERAGE: 100-175 sq. ft. coverage per gallon (based on exterior coverage, 1/8" joint spacing).

DIRECTIONS

1. Read product label throughly for important information and warnings.
2. Surface must be clean (remove stains, efflorescence, dirt and loose materials) prior to application. We recommend preparation of the surface with SRW Efflorescence Cleaner for removal of efflorescence and SRW Cleaner/Degreaser for removal of stains.
3. Surface must be completely dry prior to sealer application. Do not apply at a temperature below 50°F (10°C) or above 80°F (27°C). Shake Paver Seal well prior to application.
4. Apply Paver Seal evenly with a sprayer, roller, or squeegee. Direct excess sealer off the surface or into the joints to bond the joint sand. Uneven application may lead to uneven appearance.
5. Allow pavement to dry and cure 24 hours before subjected to normal traffic.
6. Clean with soap and warm water.

USER TIPS

* For new pavement, let efflorescence (white mineral deposits) rise to the surface for at least 90 days before cleaning and sealing.
* For more sheen and endurance, apply a second thin coat, 4 hours after first coat. Do not over apply.
* Do not use if inclement weather is forecasted within 24 hours.
* Lower temperatures or high humidity will increase drying time.
* For extra joint protection use SRW Joint Set Sand Stabilizer before sealing.
* A light purple/amber haze is common during the curing period. There are small crystal particles in the Paver Seal that will work like a prism when wet or during sunlight. This effect fades as the sealer cures.

Ideal for interior and exterior applications on pavers, stamped and decorated surfaces. Available in 1 Gallon & 5 Gallons

DIRECTIONS

2. Use only in dry, warm weather between 40º and 80º F
3. Surface must be completely dry.
4. Surface must be clean and free from efflorescence, oil, grease, dust or loose materials prior to application. We recommend using SRW Efflorescence Cleaner and SRW Cleaner/Degreaser.
5. Thoroughly mix before applying.
6. Apply evenly with a low-pressure high solids commercial grade solvent resistant sprayer.
7. Ensure that joints receive an adequate amount of sealer. A second coat is recommended for longer-term durability and higher gloss.

USER TIPS

1. Protect buildings, landscaping and vehicles from overspray or spray drift.
2. Allow 72 hours of drying time after application for normal traffic.

Efflorescence Cleaner is a mildly acidic product which acts quickly to clean efflorescence (white mineral deposits) and rust stins from pavers, retaining walls, brick and concrete surfaces. Available in 1 Gallons

• Restores original color
• Dissolves mineral deposits and rust stains
• Prepares surface for sealing
• Contains no muriatic acid

COVERAGE: 150-250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface

DIRECTIONS

1. Read product label throughly for important information and warnings.
2. Clean surface(s) of any loose dirt or debris, especially in the joints. Use SRW Cleaner/Degreaser to remove stains prior to application.
3. Wet surface and surrounding area thoroughly (see User Tip 2).
4. Directly apply SRW Efflorescence Cleaner to the wet surface with a non-metallic sprayer or sprinkler can. Let cleaner activate on surface for approximately 2-4 minutes (depending on surface and weather conditions), then, scrub the surface with a bristle brush.
5. Rince surface and surrounding area immediately and thoroughly with clean water, until all traces of the foam disappear.
6. Let dry. Repeat if necessary.
7. For cleanup, rinse off all equipment with clean water thoroughly and let dry.

USER TIPS

1. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when applying product.
2. For easy cleanup and better penetration of cleaner, wet the surface and surrounding area (including vegetation) with a garden sprinkler prior to application.
3. Wait 90 days after placing new pavers before applying SRW Efflorescence Cleaner.
4. Do not allow product to dry on surface, keep wet at all times. Prolonged contact on surface may result in an etched or damaged finish.
5. Do not apply in temperatures over 80º F or in hot direct sunlight.
6. When applying on a slope, start at the top. For large areas, work in sections.

Cleaner/Degreaser is a concentrated liquid cleaner that removes grease, dirt, and oil from paver, retaining walls, brick, and concrete surfaces. This fast working, heavy duty product dissolves stains and rinses clean with water. Available in Quarts (Concentrated)

3. Scrub with stiff bristle brush and rinse with water. Repeat if necessary.
4. To cleanup, thoroughly rinse the scrub brush with clean water.
